About Us
Palli Kalyan Foundation (PKF) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization established in 1998, working in the climate-vulnerable and disaster-prone North-East region of Bangladesh. We empower marginalized communities—including small farmers, vulnerable women, youth, and children—by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities, improving healthcare, and promoting climate justice.
Through extensive participatory programs, PKF builds local resilience, strengthens community self-help groups, and advocates for social justice to ensure a more equitable, productive, and sustainable society.

Palli Kalyan Foundation (PKF) is powered by a dedicated team of 13 full-time personnel across managerial, technical, field, and support roles. Based in Netrakona, our staff works closely with local communities to implement sustainable, high-impact social development projects.
Guided by a 30-member General Committee and a 7-member Executive Board, our team combines local expertise with field-tested leadership. From climate resilience to healthcare and education, our staff is committed to empowering vulnerable communities every day.
